Un Rinconcito prints products on demand, which means all products are produced only once they’ve been ordered. This means we do not support returns or exchanges if a wrong size, color, etc was ordered.
Exchange & Return Policy
We do not offer any exchanges, returns or refunds to any product. All sales are final.
Damaged Items
In the unlikely case of a damaged or defective item or we will offer a replacement if you contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please get in touch with our team at support@unrinconcito.com. Please include order number, relevant information and photos. We are unable to help you after 7 days or if product has been worn or has wear and tear.
